Our NFL Week 2 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Moves (2014)

The NFL Fantasy Football waiver wire of the Boldin Beautiful League was busy on Wednesday afternoon. Several of the Boldin Beautiful League General Managers tried to improve their rosters with free agents or waiver pickups. Towards that end, Team Mike & Brian added Justin Forsett, the Ravens’ starting running back. The co-general managers dropped Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans for poor performance. Fantasy league insiders tell F&TS that Forsett was coveted by Team ‘Me Seahorny,’ but Paul M. was last in line for waivers. DAMN! Forsett will be receiving the bulk of the touches for the remainder of the Baltimore Ravens’ season.

Ray Rice Is Out

The NFL has suspended Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice indefinitely for a domestic violence incident. By now, you have seen the controversial video of Rice knocking out his fiancee in an Atlantic City elevator. What a dick. The former Rutgers player who grew up in New Rochelle, NY took the lyrics of “Smack My B*@ch Up” too literally. Ray, we have some words of advice for you. Women are to be worshiped, not assaulted.

In February, news broke that Ray Rice got into a fight at a casino in Atlantic City. The details were not clear. Rice’s attorney described the incident as a “minor physical altercation.” The “minor physical altercation” was more serious than reported. Footage showed a man (allegedly Rice) dragging Palmer’s limp body from an elevator by her shoulders. It was reported Atlantic City police have obtained video that showed Rice had knocked Palmer unconscious.

Our fantasy football waiver wire was busy this week. For instance, Team Corn finally had time to improve its roster. The Team Corn GM picked up running back Ahmad Bradshaw from the Indianapolis Colts. Team Me Seahorny was the busiest franchise of the week. The team’s GM picked up wide receivers Kelvin Benjamin of the Carolina Panthers and Buffalo Bills wide receiver Robert Woods. He also picked New York Jets’ running back Shonn Greene and the Bills D/ST.

Furthermore, Catch Me I’m Ballin dropped the Bills defense because they are not causing turnovers. They replaced their previous unit with the Philadelphia Eagles ‘D’. Only time will tell if a new unit will lead to more points. Good luck to all the general managers this weekend. In conclusion, I hope I beat you all.
