Shaqtin A Fool Episode Three, Volume Five (2015-16)
It’s that time of the week again. It’s time for the countdown NBA players never want to appear on. It’s time for episode three of Shaqtin a Fool of the 2015-16 season. Weekend sports warriors around the globe get to laugh at professional NBA ballers who are better than us but still make fools of themselves occasionally. This latest Shaqtin a Fool episode has an international feel. We have to ask, who the hell is Marcelo Huertas? We knew that the Los Angeles Lakers were rebuilding, but we have never seen this Brazilian play before. If Huertas keeps up his out of control play, don’t expect to see him come off the bench anytime soon. Also, future NBA first-ballot Hall of Famer Spurs’ forward Tim Duncan makes a rare Shaqtin a Fool appearance. We really hope that backboard is okay. If you didn’t know, Duncan grew up in St. Croix in the Virgin Islands.
The Shaqtin A Fool Team Award Goes to the Celtics
We have played basketball for years and we consider ourselves students of the game. Towards that end, we never learned the ‘Pick and Roll Over.” Leave it to the Boston Celtics, head coach Brad Stevens, and GM Danny Ainge to create a new NBA play. Screw the other innovations in basketball like the ‘eurostep,’ the side pick and roll and, stretch fours. The Pick and Roll Over is the future of the NBA. Speaking about out of control play, Minnesota Timberwolves forward Adreian Payne is going hurt someone on the court. Take your time, pass the ball, and try not to dribble too much. Also, do you really need an extra vowel in your first name? We get it, your unique.
