2017 NFL Fantasy Football Rankings: The Top 15 Quarterbacks
The NFL’s Mount Rushmore of quarterbacks has been Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, and Tom Brady for nearly a decade. Peyton has retired and Eli hasn’t been consistent enough to take his brother’s place. But, going into Week 2 as the Atlanta Falcons play the Green Bay Packers. Falcons’ signal-caller Matt Ryan wants that number one quarterback spot. Ryan is coming off an MVP season and nearly hoisting the Vince Lombardi trophy. Ryan and his teammates came up short. But for now, he will have to make do with a reported $15 million dollar annual contract and the shiny, new Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Take a look at its roof. That is quite a marvel of engineering. If you’re weren’t lucky enough to select one of the five signal-callers we referenced, what can you expect from your No. 1 quarterback. Let’s take a look at the 2017 NFL Fantasy Football rankings of quarterbacks.
Which Quarterback is the Top-Ranked Fantasy Football Man?
Number 1 Guy: Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers: After last year’s playoff run, Rodgers was fantasy’s top quarterback in 2016. It’s his second top-two finish in the last three years. If Rodgers stays healthy, he will make it three out of four this season.
Sleeper Special: Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay Buccaneers: The Buccaneers spent the offseason adding offensive weapons, so with some maturing, Winston could become elite.
Buyer Beware: Kirk Cousins, Washington Redskins: Cousins was a surprise top-five fantasy option a year ago after throwing for over 4,900 yards. Those numbers are going to be hard to back up in 2017 given Washington’s losses at receiver.
