‘Caliente’ means hot in Spanish. FTS has decided that Sofia Vergara, the Colombian, Emmy-nominated actress on ABC’s hit comedy, Modern Family is ‘las mas caliente del mundo.’ To translate that means she is the hottest woman in the world. Here are some of Vergara’s sexiest pics from the last years.

Vergara has aged gracefully and looks better now than in her 20s. La Colombiana was one of South America’s most popular models and television personalities. But she didn’t become a household name in the U.S. until her mid-30s. Vergara has bucked Hollywood’s obsession with young and thin women. She is now the highest paid female actor on television and has some dangerous curves. Vergara isn’t shy about her voluptuous body and often makes fun of it in interviews. Vergara was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia. She has five siblings. In her 20s, a fashion photographer discovered Vergara at a local beach. Vergara told Shape magazine, “Everyone knows that I’ve never been into working out. I was always very happy with what I have,” she says of her voluptuous curves. “Then I hit 40 and I started seeing a softness everywhere on my body.” After her “aha” moment, Vergara really started to take care of her body—building up strength with her trainer through Pilates-inspired Lagree Method workouts….” She doesn’t need any more good fortune, but Vergara is also dating People’s Hottest Bachelor, Joe Manganiello. Congrats parcera.
