NFL Injury: Cowboys’ Dez Bryant Has a Boo Boo Foot
The "X" Receiver is Expected to Miss 4-6 weeks.
Report: Bryant suffers a broken foot, out 4-6 weeks.
According to Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett and confirmed by NFL Gameday Final, Dallas #1 receiver Dez Bryant broke a bone in his foot and is expected to miss 4-6 weeks. The injury occurred during the Cowboys Week 1 victory over the New York Giants 27-26.
Bryant suffered the injury in the fourth quarter of Dallas’ comeback victory over the Giants. He had three catches for 48 yards before getting hurt. The loss of the WR means that when the Cowboys play the Eagles in Week 2, Bryant won’t be there and neither will their best running back from last season, DeMarco Murray.
If you didn’t know, you better ask somebody. FTS’ head writer is a diehard Big Blue fan. Tonight’s game (a 27-26 loss) pisses us off. It also doesn’t help that Dez Bryant is FTS’ WR1 in his secondary fantasy team. DAMN, DAMN, DAMN!!! Owners adjust your rosters, but it will be tough to match Bryant’s projected statistics. FTS will have to get creative.
Jerry Jones says Dez Bryant needs surgery and will be out 4-6 weeks.
